RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS THE ITEM PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at magicfromthebottle@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving item with images and details of the defect and I will be happy to further assist you. I have the right to refuse assistance if picture of damage to item appears to be altered or manufactured.


SHIPPING:
Each product is handcrafted. Items are packaged and shipped within the United States via the US Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, as some items may need to cure and harden before shipping. After processing, your shipping information will be sent to the e-mail provided.
