RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS THE ITEM PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at within 24hours of receiving item with images and details of the defect and I will be happy to further assist you. I have the right to refuse assistance if picture of damage to item appears to be altered or manufactured.

Each product is handcrafted. Items are packaged and shipped within the United States via the US Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, as some items may need to cure and harden before shipping. After processing, your shipping information will be sent to the e-mail provided.
